The Quad
Chaplain Marshall Schultz is bringing back the “Carrying of the Cross” experience. We will have an actor portraying Jesus, and a special reading from Scripture about Christ’s walk on the Via Dolorosa. Plus there will be a short devotional from Dr. Scott Berthiaume, President of DIU. All of that takes place in the Quad beginning at 11:15 am. Then, the group will walk down to the Cowan Apartments while people take turns carrying the cross. At Cowan, Marshall will host Holy Communion inside for the residents of the Cowan Apartments and anyone else who would like toparticipate. Communion will begin about 11:45 am
