Everything you need to know about renting the Activity Center
You will need to contact our Welcome & Information Center Office receptionist, in Mahler 100, or by email or by phone (972) 708-7300, to make a reservation and to get three other documents:
ILC Meeting Space Rental Forms - for those who pay Building Service Fees (BSF) and those users who do not rent space on ILC campus
Fee Schedule for Rental of ILC Meeting Spaces by those who do not pay BSF
Fee for Room Set Up if already paying BSF
We will provide an in-person orientation before your event.
Please note that we have a Leave No Trace Policy like campsites request for their users. This way the next user is a happy camper because the Event Center is ready to use upon their arrival.
